Great science based podcast
Great evidence based podcast. Dr. Chavez breaks down the science in a way that’s easy to understand. He cites important studies but what I love the most is how he summarizes everything in a concise way. You’re not left confused at the end of the episode. Thanks for all you do Dr. Chavez.

I was on the fence with this podcast but i have definitely changed my mind recently. It seems to have really sharped up and the information is quality and usually fact driven. Plenty of detailed information without the overload.

I love the information and format of this podcast. I usually listen at the gym or at work.
