Dr Chavez has a great podcast format here. I really value that time and energy Dr. Chavez puts into the research, i get the feeling he'd be reading science research literature for fun even w/o his practice. I really appreciate that he spends the time to do all that, synthesize trends in the research and help cut through the sound bites and biased reports. I've been able to put into practice an occasional item that makes sense to me .. and that's his approach -- present the material and it's up to you to adopt what makes sense in your life.
