“This podcast is great, I look forward to it every week. The guests have all reached goals far beyond my expectations of myself (ie. I have zero intention of running through Death Valley) but Tony has a great way of taking their exceptional lives, and pulling out of them the key factors that got them the motivation & energy they required and making those tips relatable to anyone. Its a podcast you won't get bored of because the guests are always so different from one another. Often times people I would never know about, but I find myself finding inspiration in such unlikely places. I love the book recommendations (although my list is growing longer than I'll likely ever get through) and the tip.
What I love most, is the tips and discussions are reasonable; in that, Tony doesn't hammer home a message that you must have a strictly vegan diet, give up alcohol, or trust in god etc. The tips are simple and manageable ways to bring more energy, vitality and motivation into a busy lifestyle, and a reminder make the most out of life.
