I’ve just started learning that I likely have ADHD within the past year. The more that I educate myself on it, the more it amazes me that I’m not the only one going through so many things that I struggle with. Education from these podcasts have been so helpful to me already. A couple of these podcasts made me cry just because I felt so relieved knowing I wasn’t the only one feeling certain ways sometimes. Thank you for this so much!

Overall, I like this podcast so far.
