Finally!
Finally a beginning running podcast that doesn't feel that 8-12 weeks is sufficient to really learn running the proper way so you stick with it for the rest of your life! I'm not a runner - but want to be. I've done many of the c25k running programs and even walk/ran a 5k but I've never been at the level of even running for one mile straight nor have I ever completed an entire 8-12 week c25k program because at some point I always get discouraged. I've listened to Debbie's other podcast and love the information I've gotten from it. When I heard about this however-I was so excited! Can't wait for future episodes. As an on-again, off-again runner, I've struggled with injuries and motivation. Now I'm running again and just happened onto this podcast. Wow!
