I started with Bec late last year after following her on Facebook and Instagram loved the way she promotes a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable and not a quick fix that never works x did her 3 week body reset and loved her principles and so joined the tribe xx these pod casts are relatable and they explain ever in a simple and understandable way the which diet should I follow is one of the best as it explains what your diet should be is long term sustainable healthy food highly recommend these podcasts to everyone xx

Started with the 3 week meal plan last year after my mum said why don’t you try this. Honestly it’s helped my leaky gut so much, I’m not bloated any more the meals are delicious and packed with flavour. My body has changed so much and finally getting that healthy glow back which I missed.
