I’m a therapist and I have struggled in my relationship with food for my entire life until now.
I lost weight just listening to the podcast, and then I decided to invest in a few months of coaching to learn the tools. I couldn’t be happier with the total mindset shift around food and my body that I’ve experienced. I have lost 22 lbs and I’m still going. This is slow, healthy, lasting progress-no crazy weight fluctuations or yo yo dieting. Just compassionate attunement with my body’s needs.

I found this part of my weight loss journey about 2 years ago now. I started this program when I was pregnant and completely healed my diet brain and became me. The freedom I have found from dieting and restricting myself from food has really been a huge blessing. Thank you Laura
