It feels so good to know that I will never have to diet or restrict my food again because I have such a deep relationship with my body. I have listened to almost every episode and some of them multiple times! I am so grateful for this way of being around food and my body! My questions for you Laura are, what was your experience with the last 10 pounds? Did they come off more slowly than the rest of your weight? Did the scale fluctuate more? Also how do you deal with “preventative eating” when you feel like you eat a bigger meal than you would want to because you will be without food for a long period (like work or school for 7 hours)?
