Best, most sustainable weight loss program out there…
I hesitate to even call it a weight loss program because it is so much more than that. It is a re-training of your brain to get back to how we were created to function. Our heart beats on its own, our eyes blink on their own, we do not try to micromanage their functions. And yet with our eating (also a natural process) we have decided to micromanage! Our bodies know what to do instinctively, this program just helps you to start listening to it again.

I found this part of my weight loss journey about 2 years ago now. I started this program when I was pregnant and completely healed my diet brain and became me. The freedom I have found from dieting and restricting myself from food has really been a huge blessing. Thank you Laura
