“I’m done dieting and stressing over my weight, and, the biggest bonus, I learned to deal w my thoughts and anxiety. Even if I hadn’t lost any weight, learning to deal with my anxiety was/is worth the time listening to her podcast. I’ve only been listening for a couple of weeks and I’ve lost 7 lbs, easily! I’m currently going through menopause and have gotten so confused about what everyone says about how to lose weight during this time in my life and how hard it is. Nope! Deal with your anxiety and learn to listen to your body! That’s it! Laura has amazing insight into body, diets, hunger, and “all of the things”! I LOVE this podcast!”
