Matter of fact and basic truth that eating when hungry and stopping when satiated will help our bodies heal from diet culture. I needed to hear it’s all about how we FEEL in our bodies when we eat the food that feels good and eat with hunger and satiety. Thanks, Laura, for those descriptive words like “feel lean in your body, light, airy, etc) which help me picture and imagine how I want to feel in my body throughout the days and nights. It’s so inspiring!
