This isn't a quick fix, or a program to follow. It is a journey that leads to clarity, peace and understanding about myself and others. I have found that when I am willing to think differently and let go of some preconcieved ideas, then I find a well of health, love, compassion, and hope all within who I already am. It really feels like a miracle. There are times when I am stressed or suffering, and listening to the podcast helps me see my experience in a new way. Overall, I feel different.
