five stars from the Netherlands! THANK YOU
This is a great podcast. Fun to listen to and lots and lots of information that is really easy to adapt to everybody's busy day-to-day live. Even for moms with small kids and a career like myself. It's all a mather of choise and good info (which you get from this podcast). Love it! Best tips for me: 1. less carbs (difficult for somebody coming from a country where bread is the national food - the government advices about 6 slices of bread a day!) Am tracking my daily intake of protein, carbs and fat at the moment and gosh, I still have to find more protein filled meals. Carbs are in everything. But at least I am contious now 2.you can always excercise even when you are sick: you can walk. I was listening to this episode and just had to stop my training for a 10-miles running contest because of longproblems (again - I am astmatic)and was feeling angry and sorry for myself, when I heard 'you can always exercise'. But after my first reaction: 'how can they say that', I had to admit that ofcourse I couldn't run at the moment, but walking and cycling were still possible. In fact it helps me to even stay a bit in condition. 3. most of the time you grave something when you see it. Not before. See something when you doing grocery shopping you really want? Put it on your list for next time, see if you still want it than. The answer: No! This is really a great tip. THANK YOU!Read full review »
