“I love listening to this podcast. I have started eating a lot less carbs and I've noticed that I have so much more energy and I'm not hungry all the time. I guess I'm part of the 70% that don't process carbs that well like they were explaining. I would love if they had more episodes that were longer like 45 mins to an hour.
