somewhat inaccurate
Some of the info is good, but a lot of it is sort of unhealthy. They always trash cardio and say that its no good, which just isn't true. Not to say that strength training isn't good too, but cardio is also essential. They also HATE carbs and always talk about how bad carbs are. Personally, I prefer Fat 2 Fit radio and the Nutrition Diva. Those podcasts emphasize healthy living with weight loss as a result of that, rather than just fat loss.Read full review »

This podcast has amazing info and a great pair of hosts. I enjoy every part of this podcast and I usually listen to each podcast twice. I listen to it while I am on the treadmill. It's 30 minute run time is perfect for my 30 minute run :)Read full review »
