“I have educated myself immensely using these podcasts! i listen while running and while travelling for work. i highly reccommend them to everyone interested in health and fitness who is tired of hearing the same old boring information. This is highly useful information to tweak your results and jumpstart the more "mature" metabolism. the hosts are phenomenal with pleasant voices. i especially enjoy the fact that they speak on a variety of books and topics-always keeping it interesting and refreshing.you will not be disappointed!
