I listen to these podcast all the time, especially when I am getting off track and need some help getting back on. The motivation is great. I look forward to more of the podcast. They dont talk about what they did last night, what there doing next week, or what their significant other is doing the entire show. They talk about what the title of the show states. Cutting the fat. They are a really good combination!”
