“Ray and Blythe are both very informative, and bring something different to the table (so to speak). Ray is more of the science guy, and tells you how your body reacts, positvely and negatively, to certain chemical/foods/activites. Blythe is the physcical trainer that tells you what to do to get those positive reactions. (I hope that's an accurate summer).
They have great chemistry on the show. Fun to listen to them talk to each other.
