I’m a realtor and spend a lot of time in my car, so wether you know it or not, you help keep me on track with my eating when I’m on the road (which is a lot)! I have a question I would love for you to address: my naturopath has asked me to eat 70-80% fat to help heal some hormone issues (I have 3 large calcified lumps on my thyroid, pituitary micro-adenoma, and suspected Hashimoto’s thyroiditis). I am struggling to get enough fat in my day and often end around 60%. How can I get more fat in? What sources do you recommend?”
