Loved it! Thank you! Judy my Carnivore Cure book is on my desk for everyone to see. I’ve been carnivore for over a year with many episodes of “falling off the wagon” primarily due to external and internal struggles as in pressure from my family to eat SAD and my own emotional attachment to certain meals (Italian meals, Christmas, and even the occasional alcoholic beverage). It’s a vicious cycle of failure that every day I get better at and I couldn’t do it without you Laura and all your funny videos and great advice or without you Judy with all the amazing graphs and informative explanations as to why and how. My weight is ok, 138 5’ 4”. I have hypothyroid. Was taking 75 mg of Armour Thyroid but just had my blood work done and doctored dropped me down to 50. T3=27, T4=6.3, free T4=1.7 TSH=4.33. Cholesterol is typical carnivore total 229, HDL 63, Triglycerides 50, LDL 152. My question is I just started getting nightsweats. (Age 54). My doctor told me to take iodine which I just purchased off your website. What else should I do that will really help me get a good night sleep? I’m still drinking coffee with cream, I’m eating two more meals a day within a 16:8. I just started back at Orange Theory (since covid) with a HIIT workout and I’m wondering if it’s a good idea or too stressful. Sleeping is very important to me. Also my weigh is inching up during this not sleeping period thinking it’s related. I’m not drinking any alcohol but I have had some carbs - olives, watermelon, a little dark chocolate. Tried to cut down caffiene - dull headache. What should I do? I’m so tired

I would like to start fasting soon, but I am new to it and my biggest question is what do you do when your medicine requires food with it during a fast?

I LOVE that you 2 weren’t afraid to talk about this “touchy subject “! I learned so much and appreciate you both being honest about what you did and how you feel about everything. My family went through a similar experience when my type 2 diabetic husband with multiple health issues became...Read full review »
