“I LOVE that you 2 weren’t afraid to talk about this “touchy subject “! I learned so much and appreciate you both being honest about what you did and how you feel about everything. My family went through a similar experience when my type 2 diabetic husband with multiple health issues became infected. Of course all 5 of us got it too. But my ketovore butt was over it in 2 maybe 3 days 🙌 . I credit my smooth sailing to my lifestyle. I still eat an occasional avocado or salad but am mainly meat based. I was able to step up and take care of my family (while sick) and we’re all back to life.
Thank you Laura and Judy for EVERYTHING! I seriously get excited every time my phone dings letting me know you created a new podcast ! I pray that one day I can meet you both.
