A must listen to heal your relationship with food!
I found diet.culture.rebel through instagram and over the past month have began to reframe my approach to food. I was on a workout plan for over a year with a personal trainer who instructed me to count calories and macros to lose weight - a goal I had at the time. After a year of trying and only gaining weight, I was feeling burnt out and unfulfilled with diet culture. Enter Bonnie and this podcast! This podcast and her channel have been the catalyst to stop dieting, learn more about intuitive eating, understanding a science based approach to health, stop trying to shrink myself and move towards acceptance. I am so much happier in my life already in this month of making this shift and am so thankful for this wonderful podcast. Bonnie’s episodes are expertly crafted, organized and to the point. Have a listen, you won’t regret it!
