Healthy Lifestyle Makes Sense
I have followed Megan on Instagram for a while. I decided to dive deeper. I listened to her free masterclass and checked out her podcast. Her approach to weight loss is more about becoming the person we want to be. It’s a life choice. I found myself recognizing the negative relationship with my body that runs deep, and how it is tied to my self-perception and feelings of inadequacy. The shame tied to body size can be broken. Megan breaks down the complicated processes of the human body to a simplified, understandable way. Megan identifies which important factors influence weight loss/control to enable people to develop healthy, daily habits. I have four daughter from ages 9 to 19 who have their own psychological relationship with their body and food. I plan to share some of Megan’s podcasts with the older ones so they can empower themselves with tools for a positive, healthy life.
