Megan explains in simple and easy to understand terms why so many diets fail and she gives solid advice on how to successfully change your eating and exercise habits for life! This is not a quick fix but a real converse about what’s happening in our bodies as we age and why we need to make changes which compliment our hormones and help us actually lose weight for good.

Interesting take on weight loss for women. Big emphasis on personal accountability for metabolism and weight loss.
