Absolutely changed my life
Listening to this podcast every day while taking my walks changed my life and outlook on food. I started because I heard about the optivia podcast and I had just gotten done losing 100lbs with optivia and gaining 50 back. I thought I was addicted to food I didn’t realize it wasn’t me until Megan explained it! Since then I have overhauled my habits lost 10 lbs and never felt better! Thank you Megan!!!!
