“I really appreciate the discussion that we should be eating REAL unprocessed, unpackaged foods. I don't understand the full dismissal of vegan/vegetarianism. I've been a vegetarian for 10+ years. According to the the information in this podcast I should have practically no "brain chemicals" left. I'm not sure where they come up with this idea or how they account for the many healthy vegans/vegetarians in the world. As a longtime vegetarian who hardly ever eats eggs and never eats whey protein, I'd like to say that I feel great and perfectly normal in the "brain chemical" department.”Read full review »
