I really wanted to like this podcast. The ladies seem nice and I am interested in nurtition and wellness. However. Person after person phoned in to the show to ask questions, and person after person got the closest to being blown off I've ever heard. Someone calls in to ask about taking Knox gelatin to aid in joint health (gelatin is recommended for this!) The girls say they don't know Knox. They recommend bone broth. No information is given about how to make bone broth, and no one advises the guy to look for quality gelatin. Another lady asks how enzymes work. After being told they are the garbage men in the system, the girls move on to other topics. REALLY? It felt like if we signed up for their course or website, there must be more answers there. I think the girls have tipped their hands. They don't know more than they're letting on. Give this a pass. Go listen to Ben Greenfield. It is for anyone from beginning walker to ultra marathoner. I'll warn you now, he'll use words with more than one syllable. But he would have answered his listeners properly. He gives links to the studies he cites. He does have a pay site too, but his podcasts are rich and informative so you don't need to go join his site.Read full review »

I am always...Read full review »

Your information has been very helpful to me and to our dog. I've gained some very helpful tips, such as adding DHA into my diet, really looking at the nutritional information for our dog (California Naturals - no grain has been the best), adding more fat into my diet, and not being so...Read full review »

I'm always looking for new suggestions and motivation for healthy eating, but this podcast isn't vegetarian or vegan friendly at all: the first episode I listened to had ten minutes extolling the ultimate virtue of animal protein. Since I don't consume animal protein, clearly this is...Read full review »
