Science for not scientific (almost always)
In general I love the show. However, sometime it gets really deep into microbiology and for normal people, you lose completely the connection to training and applicability

If coaches can talk about cellar redox, AMPC, NADH and wavelength absortion and emission (photoelectirc effect) they leave out the quandum part on purpose and talk about real training gems and most of the time in a modest real way.
