Fantastic deep dives and lots of useful tips
I love this podcast...these guys are the perfect tour guides through the vast and often contradictory scientific literature of cycling. If you're confused about why your training program has you exhausted all the time, if you've plateaued and can't seem to get any faster, if you want to know how to make your own hydration mix to save money, if you want to know how to best figure out your FTP, or if you want to really dig in to the science of getting fast on your bike, this is the podcast for you. The latest series of episodes are painful biochemistry lectures that the host spends reminding you how smart he is and how’s he’s dumbing it down as best as he can for us.
