An awesome podcast. Emma’s knowledge is incredible. It’s so refreshing to listen to a podcast which is backed with evidence based science. Emma is a fantastic speaker, and very engaging. She covers a good range of topics, and doesn’t over complicate things. The information is relevant and useful. The downside...... why is not a daily? 😝
