This podcast was just the information I needed. I will set my mind to a path, and then my body tells me it wants something different. Like wanting to do a 16:8 fast but waking up with 4 hours to go and being ravenous. Intuitive fasting is definitely the approach I need. To give myself the grace to allow my body to let me know what it needs. Thank you!!!!

This was a very eye opening podcast! Learning about the harmful effects of seed oils has inspired me to research further into this topic. It has also changed how I plan to order my food at restaurants, once we are able to dine in again. Thank you!
