As an RN, I back this podcast wholeheartedly, and recommend it to friends and family. Despite my excellent training, I had no idea of all the health issues that could be remedied through the food we eat, exercise, meditation, and intermittent fasting. The hardest part of healthy living is getting your mind to commit to it. Your body can’t do anything if your mind isn’t “on board.” I think these hosts get that and that’s really important!
