Fantastic podcasts
I used Dr Burns' original book, Feeling Good, in the 80s, and have returned to it periodically over the years when patches of anxiety or depression have hit. These podcasts are fantastic for explaining Dr Burns' techniques, and also the new approaches, particularly paradoxical agenda setting, that he has developed. Each podcast is a good mix of introducing new material but also reitterating material already covered - as it's only once you've tried things, that you then start to appreciate the nuances. The life sessions are particularly helpful and a real credit to the people who agree to be part of them.Read full review »
