Informative and empowering
Dr. Shannon’s informative episodes are really educational and easy to grasp. As a bio major, there were some information I had never known and I love how evidence-based her podcasts are. Her perspective on fitness is very holistic (not just physical but mental) and how she debunks fitness myths has really helped me feel better about my body and fitness journey. By assuring listeners that we don’t have to fall into the fitness industry’s trap, I’ve felt so empowered listening to her podcast.
