Suffering is not part of fitness
I’ve been stuck in a loop for years- I want to lose weight so I exercise, the exercise makes my already messed-up back so much worse, I stop exercising because I’m in pain, and I can’t lose weight. Shannon and her Evlo method have opened my eyes to the idea that I don’t have to be in pain to make progress. Her episode on cortisol was especially eye-opening. I’m looking forward to leaning more and taking a new approach to fitness without the pain.
