I love the depth of information I get in this podcast. Dr. Shannon gets right to the point with no fluff, just the science to the reasoning behind her recommendations. I think she is shaking up the fitness industry with her bold takes on which exercises and fitness habits serve us better and why...and which ones to ditch!
