Life Changing!!
I’ve been learning to be more kind to my body and recently started following Dr Shannon on Instagram and listening to the podcast. Her messages and workouts are exactly what I’ve been needing. Workouts don’t have to be punishing or painful. You don’t have to do exercises you don’t like. You don’t have to do long workouts to see results. What I love most is that Dr Shannon challenges the fitness industry - with facts!! It’s truly opened my mind. I’ve already learned so much and look forward to learning more 😍 Keep it up, Shannon!! We need you and your positive energy!

This podcast has taught me so much after only a few episodes. I listened to the cortisol episode and I learned that my cortisol levels are too high based on the symptoms Shannon shared! I’ve learned so much on how to work out smarter, not harder. Thanks for all the helpful information!

this podcast allowed me to learn to respect my body. I learned that even if we train for less time and less intense, we can have results. When we over train, our cortisol increases which can have negative effects on expected results and on our hormone balance.
