Informative Podcast
Dr. Shannon’s podcast amaze me with how much information I learn. I appreciate how she gives a different perspective from what I have heard from the fitness industry for years. The latest podcast I listed to was on elevated cortisol. I have been working out hard since Covid started and my body has been breaking down. I have been at a loss as to why since I have never worked so hard before…now I know why. If you love your body and want to be able to move with less pain for many years to come…listen and learn from Dr. Shannon.
