So informative and applicable to everyone
As someone guilty of the “no pain, no gain” mindset, listening to Shannon’s podcast has been just what I need. The wear and tear my body has endured with age just doesn’t work for me anymore, and I’m learning that I can still be fit without going as “hard”. This podcast has taught me so much after only a few episodes. I listened to the cortisol episode and I learned that my cortisol levels are too high based on the symptoms Shannon shared! I’ve learned so much on how to work out smarter, not harder. Thanks for all the helpful information!
