Sifting through the diet myths, one laugh at a time
I love the topics this podcast tackles and the scientific, informed perspective it brings to the area of health/wellness and even “dieting”, delivered in a light and humorous way. I am particularly drawn to their focus on health as a set of lifestyle choices, not a constant struggle with dieting. And I appreciate all of the smart people they bring onto the show. Can’t wait for the next episode!

You think it’s ok...Read full review »
