Very introductory
Maybe this podcast is targeted for high schoolers, but the host’s personal seemingly new journey with food are is not illuminating for those already familiar with Michael Pollan or Michael Moss. Nutrition Science and Food Politics was not insightful. I’d suggest an audiobook.

I really wanted to like this show, but it seems a bit behind in terms of the current public health/food psychology literature.
