Don’t like the sponsors, content not appropriate for people with eating disorders/disordered eating
I really wanted to like this show, but it seems a bit behind in terms of the current public health/food psychology literature. I think this is a great podcast! High production value, fun people, and still really informative. Health is a big priority of mine going into the new year and I think this podcast will be able to help support my efforts surrounding it :)
