On the fence
I just listened to the first 4 episodes. The first one struck a chord with me, as they spoke about the desire to be happy & healthy, and to be comfortable in your body. The next 3, however, were meh. I have not been presented with any new information, or any suggestions that I haven’t heard before. When they brought Michael Pollen on as a guest I rolled my eyes. Is there anyone out there that doesn’t already know what he’s going to say? And I kind of felt that the suggestions in that episode were a little demeaning or patronizing. Anyway, I will keep listening a little longer. The hosts sound friendly & have a nice rapport. Maybe there will be a useful nugget in there somewhere

Between the logical and helpful advice given and the engaging relationship with co-hosts Juna and Eddie, this podcast is definitely one of my favorites! I have a reminder set every week and look forward to their new releases :) Definitely recommend!
