1:1 Coaching is NOT worth the money!
Kat’s 1:1 coaching program is $4,000, all due up front, and no refunds are given because “she doesn’t want you to give up on yourself” If you YouTube how to create and apply a CTFAR model you’ve already learned as much as you will in her program. If this model does not work for you, you’re out of luck and wasted all that money. If you are willing to spend $4,000 on your wellness journey, that’s awesome, but I’d highly encourage you to look into registered dietitians/nutritionists. They are well educated and can help you regardless of what your struggles are and most importantly they have more than one resource (model)that can help you in your wellness journey. They also are more cost effective. I’d recommend Kat’s coaching if your only struggle with eating how you want to be eating, is emotional eating and you’d like assistance in creating and applying a CTFAR model to your eating habits.
