There's nothing worse than when you have tracked everything all week and you don't seem to be making any progress. This could be down to your accuracy when tracking. It is SO IMPORTANT that whatever you are putting into My Fitness Pal is the exact same as what you are putting into your mouth.. otherwise you could be off by 100's of calories.. and over the week, this can make a huge difference!
