I absolutely love listening to Chris's podcasts and reading all his articles. I really respect his view on all things related to body image, health, food and his anti-diet approach. If you like to know the nuts and bolts of things and are interested in losing or gaining weight listen to his podcast on weight set point. Very in depth. Very well research based opinions as well.
