“I have listened to her first 4 episodes twice now, and will do it again shortly! (And I am not a podcast person because I’m usually pretty visual)
But her messages are so important that I am exploring this new modality! 💖💖💖
Each time I listen, I glean new and helpful nuggets for myself as well as for people close to me, and our relationship.
They help me understand myself better, my patterns, where they came from and most importantly, that the difficulty of my not being able to “think” my way out of some issues, is not a failure on my part, or my inability to “think”. It is just the incorrect initial pathway to approach the situation. I have always felt thinking was my strength so would never have imagined that thinking was not the first pathway I should take to solve a problem!
Two of the most interesting topics for me was to realize that although I didn’t feel that I suffered from “anxiety”, it was more like my limited definition of what anxiety truly was. And the other was learning more about somatic language, and how when people suggest to “just take a deep breath” (and of course this frequently didn’t really work for me) because I wasn’t at the right level for that to be beneficial, and needed an intermediate step to get there.
At any rate, I am excited to hear more, and eagerly awaiting her next podcasts! 💖💖💖
