I’ve been struggling with insomnia due mostly to anxiety and overload. I’ve been listening to the podcast for only a week and have seen big improvements in my mental state. I really resonate with the way Amanda describes anxiety and the nervous system. Her tools and tips for being both reactive and proactive with my stressors have helped so much. Thanks so much Amanda! I really feel hopeful that this journey will change my life.
