Thank you for this podcast! Episode 254 summarizes the Truth about addiction to alcohol. I identified with so much of the content. I saved this episode to listen to again whenever my mind starts to forget about the Truth about alcohol and its effects.

I just celebrated my 75th birthday of life on Earth. From my 3rd year of college through my mid-40’s, alcohol took a central place in my brain and approach to life.
