I have learned so much from Rachel about my desire for alcohol (and other things as well that aren't healthy for me!) and she has given me strategies that actually have helped me reduce my desire and not have to feel like I'm white knucking through my life resisting and feeling afraid and worried that I might not be able to resist. I would recommend this podcast to anyone who is curious to learn more about their relationship with alcohol and improve the quality of their life by taking a break from it. Thanks so much Rachel! Listening to these podcasts has really helped me look at the world and how to move in it in a new way. Rachel has a clear non-judgemental way of giving you information that you should have learned but never did. Really, really like listening to them when I am having a hard time or a tough day.

Rachel’s podcast is very inspiring. Although her approaches appear unconventional I can see links to mindfulness practices and Buddhist ideas.
